How long does each therapy session take?
Sessions are 60 minutes total with approximately 50 minutes for our time together and the remainder of the time dedicated to my professional note-keeping and administrative duties.
What is your counseling style?
Every client is unique to me and my support includes unconditional positive regard. I provide an environment that embodies empathy, non-judgment, and an objective viewpoint while pushing you when needed.
Do you offer sliding scale rates?
Yes! For those who do not have insurance, I offer a private pay option. My standard rate is $125 per session. My lowest sliding scale rate is $95 per session and is determined by your total household income and number of people in your household. Income verification will be requested to determine your rate.
